Olma Messen St. Gallen hosts the namesake OLMA plus OFFA, Tier&Technik, Immo Messe and cross-border conferences; HSG executive and alumni events run on the executive campus and in the Olma environment; Rapperswil-Jona delivers castle galas and corporate events on the upper lakeshore; Buchs in the Rhine valley produces industrial and cross-border events; add corporate events in Wil, Gossau and Uzwil (Bühler Group).
St. Gallen is eastern Switzerland's trade-fair hub. The Olma Messen produce their own annual calendar with OLMA (public fair), OFFA (spring fair), Tier&Technik and Immo Messe; add expert congresses and alumni events of the HSG, tourism events on upper Lake Zurich and industrial events in the Rhine valley. As a hostess or host you handle stand duty, reception, accreditation or VIP support — you set your availability, we organise the rest.

Assignments
We reach out with suitable jobs in your city – you accept whenever it suits you.
We book in St. Gallen, Rapperswil-Jona, Wil, Gossau, Buchs, Altstätten and Uzwil. The large events concentrate on the Olma Messen and the HSG environment; smaller events spread across the Rhine valley and Fürstenland.
Autumn with OLMA is the highlight; spring brings OFFA; winter the HSG continuing-education season and company Christmas galas. In between, Tier&Technik, Immo Messe and HSG expert congresses run all year.
Minimum age 18, well-groomed appearance and pleasure in dealing with specialist audiences. Good German is required, English matters at international HSG and industrial events. Italian or French are rarer but welcome.
