We book in Basel, Riehen and Bettingen. The largest events concentrate on Messe Basel and the Congress Center Basel; art events at the Fondation Beyeler; pharma events on the Novartis campus and the Roche tower; hotel galas at Les Trois Rois.
Minimum age 18, well-groomed appearance, multilingual skills. German is required, English is very important because of pharma and Art Basel audiences, French is an advantage because of the French border. Discretion and calm posture matter particularly in pharma VIP support.
Art Basel in June is the year's most prestigious assignment — with correspondingly high demands on discretion, dress code and art vocabulary. Pharma conferences (ESMO, EULAR) follow closely; Fasnacht large-scale deployments carry a different kind of prestige of their own.
