BERNEXPO is your central venue: it hosts BEA, one of Switzerland's largest public fairs, along with Suisse Public, the trade fair for the public sector. Add congresses and gala evenings at the Kursaal Bern plus major events and games at the PostFinance Arena. Associations and federal-adjacent organisations also book our team for their occasions.
As the federal city, Bern concentrates politics, administration and business — and with them a dense calendar of public fairs, trade events, congresses and receptions. As a hostess or host you take on reception, stand support or the cloakroom and represent the event to the outside. Yes, that's exactly what our roster is built for. You state your free days and only take what fits. Around BEA and Suisse Public there are multi-day assignments that are easy to plan.
There's a fair hourly rate whose level depends on the type and length of the assignment. We set out the terms in advance and settle reliably — without opaque deductions.
Through our short online form with one or two recent photos. We then add you to the Bern roster and get in touch for the next suitable occasion. Registration is free.
